*To remain in good standing, you must meet the below conditions: * A member is considered Active if he/she fulfills the following conditions:

Current Annual Membership Payment (paid by Dec 31st each year) AND 2. Falls under any one of the following conditions:
Participated in the Last General body Meeting via in-person or through proxy
Missed Last General Body Meeting but notified via Excuse Letter to the General Secretary at least one week in advance
Did not miss the last 2 consecutive in-person General Body Meetings (Note: two consecutive GB proxies are not allowed regardless of prior notice unless there is a medical reason for which prior approval is needed from the General Secretary)
