PROJECT 14 K

Project 14K helps MOMIN secure financial sustainability for its mortgage loan payment through monthly contributions from the community members. We encourage all community members to sign up for Project 14K for as little as $25.00 per month.

GENERAL DONATION

MOMIN has been providing religious and social services to the DFW community since 1988. MOMIN encourages all the members to donate towards general funds so that we can continue to improve our programming and services.

PROGRAM DONATIONS

MOMIN has been organizing all major religious programs and social events in the DFW area since 1988. We encourage all the members to donate towards Muharram, Ramadhan, and special program funds. MOMIN is YOUR Islamic organization and is entirely dependent on your financial support. Your generous contributions are needed to help cover the expenses of organizing and conducting the programs and events. Please contribute towards the expenses of Months of Muharram, Safar & Rabiul Awal to meet our Annual Operating Budget.

MOMIN INITIATIVES/PROJECTS

Over the years, MOMIN has initiated and undertaken various projects to offer an array of services to its members. These services span from student sponsorships and Islamic outreach to disaster relief aid, health clinics, funeral arrangements, mental health counseling, and beyond.

RELIGIOUS OBLIGATORY FUNDS

MOMIN, is authorized by several Maraje-e-Taqleed to collect Khums – religious obligation – from Momineen and to use part of the monies collected for operating expenses and building loan payment. MOMIN is a tax-exempt organization, all donations and sponsorship of MOMIN activities may be tax deductible.

BUILDING MORTGAGE

Alhamdulillah, with the generous financial support of this community and the mercy and blessings of Allah (SWT), we were able to move MOMIN to a more central location on a 9 acre property. We have financial obligations to cover the loan’s balance and look ahead to future development and phases for this major initiative. Your support is needed to continue this work. We encourage all community members to donate to this project to collectively carry on this work for our future generations.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

At Islamic Center of MOMIN, we welcome all community members to join our center and become part of our spiritual family. As a member, you will be able to influence Our Center’s Future: Members are eligible to vote during our Annual General Body elections to choose board members and weigh in on key initiatives and plans for our center. Make your voice heard on the issues that matter most to you!

As a member, Access Discounts: Members enjoy 20% discounted rates when booking our event spaces and community hall for weddings, gatherings, etc along with 10-15% savings from affiliated businesses.

Discounted tuition fees for your kids at Sunday School

Rates for annual membership start from only $300 per person and $ 600 for a family. If you are interested in becoming a member and unable to afford fees then we have other ways you can contribute to our Center. Please inquire.
