Medical Clinic (Coming soon)

At the MOMIN Clinic, we are able to provide the following types of care:
Routine medical care

Routine medical care involves treating common and chronic medical problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. This type of care mostly involves blood tests and medication refills.

We can also help arrange routine screening exams, including monograms and colonoscopies. Please discuss with the physician during your appointment.

Urgent medical needs
Urgent medical needs involve addressing issues such as infections and acute pain or injury. With this type of care, we attempt to provide short term relief, but our main role is to give guidance and help direct the patient towards the most appropriate resources to help address the medical issue/ailment.
Procedures
We are only able to provide lab work at this time. We do not perform procedures at ICM.
Medications
Due to being a free volunteer clinic, we are unable to write prescriptions for controlled substances, including narcotics or benzodiazepines.

Appointment Guidelines

  • Make an appointment.
  • Bring all medication to the clinic (including the bottles).
  • Bring copies of all test reports (from all sources, both from the Momin Clinic and outside labs).
  • Do not wait until the last minute to get your medications refilled.
  • Remember, you must be seen in order to get medications refilled (you cannot get refills on behalf of another patient).
  • Please be mindful that the Clinic is run purely on a voluntary basis, so please be respectful to our staff/volunteers by conducting yourself in a dignified and appropriate manner. We reserve the right to withhold care from anyone who behaves inappropriately.
