The sufficient amount of Zakat-ul-Fitrah, for 2025, in the United States, is US $10.00 per eligible person.
MOMIN Utilizes your Fitrah donations to help make a difference in the lives of some of the disadvantaged families within our community and also to support the refugees amongst the momineen within DFW area.
There will be two boxes; one for Sayed and the other for non Sayed placed in both brothers and sisters area on Eve of Eid and Eid Day where you can drop your Fitrah for 2025.

An individual who is baligh, mentally competent, conscious, and not poor at sunset on the eve of Eid al-Fitr must fulfill the obligation of Zakat-ul-Fitrah for themselves and on behalf of their dependents. This entails providing approximately three kilograms (1 SA or 6.6 pounds) of staples like rice or wheat per eligible person. A monetary contribution of $10 per person is sufficient for fulfilling this religious obligation.

Annual Sheer Khurmah Contest Get ready to indulge your sweet tooth and showcase your culinary talents! Put your chef’s hats on and bring over your sheer khurmah judged by a panel of judges. Judging criteria and details are mentioned in the link to register. Submissions will be accepted until 10 am on Eid day. Judging starts at 10:30 am.
